As the Regulatory Affairs organization made efforts to expand its CMC and Writing groups, it began to encounter a number of challenges in building a candidate pool. The business leaders had reviewed countless resumes through a variety of vehicles including internal recruiting teams and external agencies. This higher volume still did not translate into a vast pool of qualified candidates. The Sourcing Stream launched a Competitive Intelligence initiative which identified the shortfalls. A Labor Market Analysis was then conducted simultaneously with an ATS Evaluation with the results defining a solution. The Sourcing Stream’s Recruitment Optimization offering then delivered a candidate identification and evaluation strategy which led to the successful conclusion of meeting this organization’s hiring goals.
